There is an increase in accidents in the area due to increase in construction, surfing, and vehicles--including the newest form of transportation, motorcycles. Most accidents can be treated at the Clinic and sent home. However, there are a number that must me sent to the Rivas Hospital or taken to Managua for specialty care and we do not have an ambulance. Without a vehicle at the Clinic, we must rely on public transportation or request help from somebody in the road. Please help us to achieve this goal.
