The time has come to expand the Clinic. We need a second building to accommodate more of local patients with a laboratory and trauma room for surgical repairs of the many accidents encountered in the area—surfing, construction, and vehicular. Of course, an expanded facility would also benefit the local population and provide a better place to deliver babies that can’t wait to get to the hospital in Rivas to be born.
